Play Akagram Unlimited when you want another puzzle without waiting for tomorrow. Choose a board size and light every open cell while satisfying the wall, row and column clues. Practice is free, with no daily limit or countdown.
Choose Any Grid Size from 4×4 to 14×14
Start with 4×4 or 5×5 if you want fewer cells to track while learning how light and bulb counts work together. Choose any size up to 14×14 when you want a larger grid to explore. Size describes the grid, not a difficulty level: the wall positions and numbered clues determine which deductions are available.
This 6×6 board
This puzzle link opens the same 6×6 Akagram board. Light every open cell without letting two bulbs shine on each other. A numbered wall counts bulbs touching its four edges, not its corners. Each row and column clue counts bulbs in that whole line, including cells on both sides of a wall.
How Akagram Unlimited Works
Choose a size, start the board, and work through it at your own pace. New puzzle opens another board in the selected size. You can keep practicing after a solve without waiting for the daily reset. Unlimited means there is no daily play limit; it does not promise that a layout will never repeat.
Progress is stored locally when browser storage is available. Reopening the same puzzle in the same browser restores its saved moves; opening a different puzzle starts a separate board. Daily, Archive and Unlimited keep separate saves. Clearing browser data removes local progress, and signing in does not transfer it to another device.
Keep a Link to the Board You Want to Revisit
Copy link keeps a numbered puzzle address, which opens the same clues. Bookmark it if you want to return later. Your saved moves belong to this browser, while the link identifies only the puzzle. Sharing that address lets someone else try the same board without seeing your progress.
If you return through the main Unlimited page or a size page, you may receive another puzzle. Clearing browser storage removes your local progress even when the numbered puzzle link still works.
Build an Akagram Practice Session
Stay with one size for a few boards when you want to compare how different wall layouts change the puzzle. Move to a larger grid when you want more cells to track, rather than treating size as an Easy or Hard setting. Use New puzzle for another board; use Reset when you want to reconsider the same clues. Neither requires waiting for tomorrow’s daily set.

Is Akagram Unlimited free?
Yes. Akagram Unlimited is free in the browser. It does not require an account or a subscription.
How is Unlimited different from daily Akagram?
Unlimited lets you choose a size and continue practicing without a daily limit. The daily game has a shared set for each UTC date: three core puzzles followed by two optional bonus boards. Both use the same bulb, wall, row and column rules.
Can I replay or share a specific practice puzzle?
Use Copy link to keep the numbered puzzle address. That link identifies the same clues and can be shared with another player. It does not include your bulbs, empty marks or elapsed time. A size address selects the size, so it is not a substitute for a fixed puzzle link.
Are larger Akagram puzzles always harder?
No. A 10×10 grid has more cells than a 6×6 grid, but size alone does not measure difficulty. The arrangement of walls and clues matters. Stay with one size to practice spotting deductions, or switch sizes for a different amount of space to track.
Can I leave a puzzle and finish it later?
Yes, when local storage is available. Return to the same puzzle in the same browser to resume its saved progress. The main Unlimited page or a size page can open a different puzzle, so returning to that address alone does not guarantee the board you left. Saves do not sync across devices.
Does Akagram Unlimited have a countdown?
No. The timer records elapsed play time; it does not count down or end the puzzle. You can work through the clues at your own pace without a time penalty.
