What this site is for

Akagram Game is an independent place to play light-up puzzles in a browser. The daily set has five boards, Unlimited is practice at 6×6, 8×8 and 10×10, and the archive lists past UTC dates. Check tests a placement you have already made. There is no download.

Akari, also called Light Up, is Nikoli’s bulb puzzle. Akagram uses that idea — bulbs, walls and lines of sight — and adds a bulb count for every row and column. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nikoli. The boards here are not Nikoli’s official puzzles.

Where the boards come from

Each board is generated for this site and accepted only after the solver completes a check showing one solution. Optional wall numbers are removed only when that unique solution is preserved. The how to play guide explains how to use those clues. A bigger grid is not a difficulty grade. The site does not label boards Easy, Medium or Hard.

What an account does — and does not do

Today’s puzzles and Unlimited can be played without an account. Older archive dates require sign-in. Moves and progress stay in the current browser when storage is available. Signing in does not copy that progress to another browser or device.

Report something that does not add up

Use the feedback form or email support@akagramgame.com. Include the UTC date and whether the board was core 1–3 or bonus 1–2, or the size page you were on. Name the row and column, counting from 1 at the top and the left. The contact page lists what is useful. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or another person’s private information.
