Email support@akagramgame.com for puzzles, controls, accounts or privacy requests. You can also use the feedback form. Name and email on the form are optional. Include an email address when you need a reply. Do not put passwords, sign-in codes or cookies in the message.

Help us reopen the same board
For a daily or archive board, include the UTC date and whether it was core 1–3 or bonus 1–2. For Unlimited, include the copied puzzle link and its size, such as 6×6, 8×8 or 10×10. A numbered puzzle link identifies the clues, not the bulbs you placed; a size page alone may open another board.
Count rows from the top and columns from the left, starting at 1. Say whether the cell was a bulb, an empty mark or a wall.
A useful report format
- Board: UTC date and daily position, or the copied Unlimited puzzle link and size.
- Action: what you tapped and which control you used.
- Result: what you expected, what happened, and any message from Check.
- Device: phone, tablet or computer, plus the browser name if you know it.
“Row 2, column 4 accepted a bulb that can see the bulb in row 2, column 1” is easier to investigate than “the puzzle is broken.”
Before reporting lost progress
Progress stays in the browser and mode where you played. The same date in the archive can have a different save from today’s set. Changing devices, clearing site data or ending a private-browsing session can remove that save. Signing in does not restore it, and we cannot rebuild those moves from the server.
Account, privacy and content requests
Explain what you need and give enough detail to find your own account or an earlier message. The Privacy Policy describes what the site stores. For a wrong sentence on a page, include the URL and the sentence. Do not send someone else’s private information.
